I'm Thankful...
1.  for my current roommate, Jess (aka Jessica to the rest of the world).  She's known me since our first year at UGA, and she has put up with me for the past 2 years with very little complaint.  She leaves me post-its on the mirror, gives me candy for special occasions, offers to talk when I'm obviously upset, and always updates me on the lives of celebrities which I cannot keep up with.  She's crazy talented, loves all things made by Mac, and is going to run WSB pretty soon, I have no doubts.  I'm going to miss her like crazy while I'm gone, and then we'll be forced to part ways about a week after I'm back.  We've had a fantastic run, though!
2.  for my future roommate, Kati.  She's known me since 7th grade, has put up with all of my dramas since then, big and small, and never complains.  She kept me fashionable, sane, and safe through college despite my great efforts to challenge her.  She's introduced me to Harry Potter, told me which guys were bad for me, supported me after bad decisions, applauded my good ones, and laughed with me through most of the ups and downs in between.  I'll be glad to have her as a roommate again when I return.
3.  for Dad lunches.  I met everyone we came in contact with at McAfee today, and although it can be a little embarrassing, I have to admit it's fun to watch him light up when he talks about me or any of my sisters.  He bought me some ziti, and we solved all of the world's problems at Bambinelli's.  I am blessed with an amazing family.  I'm not sure I ever tell them that enough.
